Image and Shape frame border properties may be changed by accessing the Frame Border options. Select one or more images or shapes on your canvas, then click on the first icon in the second line to view the available options.
There are six frame shapes available. Click on any option to apply the shape to your selected image(s): square corner, rounded corner, angled corner, oval, circle or diamond.
Corner size: Rounded and angled corner shapes can be adjusted to increase or decrease the corner size. When you select a border with an adjustable corner, a slider will appear under the shapes to adjust the degree of the corner.
Border color: Adjust the border color by clicking on the color swatch to access the color palette. Choose any color on the gamut, adjust the brightness, choose one of your style palette choices or use the eyedropper to select a color from the image.
Border Width: Adjust the border width via the width slider.
Border Opacity: Adjust the border opacity via the opacity slider.
No border: Turn the border edge off completely by unchecking the box over the sliders. Your frame will retain its shape, but no edge will be displayed.
Border color, shape and size can be autoset using Styles. Styles bundle attribute sets that may be applied to pages or your entire project. Image frames styles can be set either to a Feature style or a Regular style.
Use the Feature frame tool to change the border and effects properties according to your selected Style. Feature frames will have border and image effects applied to them to distinguish them from regular images. Click on the Feature frame tool again to switch back to regular frame styling.
Note that you can use image border properties on Shape frames. Create ribbons and color boxes to delineate regions and text on your page.
