JPG/PDF Export
To create flattened files saved to your computer, choose JPG/PDF Export.
Both jpg and pdf files offer the choice of render regions (crop to edge, crop to bleed, crop to bleed with cropmarks), splitting or maintaining spreads, and resolution (dpi). PDF files further allow you to choose to flatten the file, keep it with layers, and options for vector text.
Rendered files will be found in Documents\Memento\Projects. After rendering, you can send your files to your printing service of choice. Most printing services accept multi-page pdf files directly or jpg files dropped into a file uploader service
More details can be found here in the JPG/PDF export article.
Upload to Print Partner
Some MementoPix printing partners offer the ability to upload completed projects directly to their facilities. Choose a manufacturer under the Settings tab, and select one of their products. After building and reviewing your album, choose Upload to Print Partner to start the render then upload directly to the manufacturer. PSD Export
Use the PSD export to create layered files suitable for editing in Photoshop.
We suggest this option only in the following circumstances:
- your printing company has requested psd files.
- your images require color correction - either done in your own studio or provided by a professional color correction service.
- you have used unretouched images in your project, and need to fine-tune edit them in place on your layouts.
PSD offers choices for render regions (crop to edge, crop to bleed, crop to bleed with cropmarks), splitting or maintaining spreads a single file, and resolution (dpi). Files are rendered to your Documents folder, in Memento\Projects\Final PSD\ When opened in Photoshop, the resulting psd files may be edited on a per-layer basis. Learn more about creating PSD files.
