To cancel your subscription, launch the software and click on the MY ACCOUNT link in the top right corner.
A web browser page will launch, where you can log into your account to make changes to your subscription and general info. Go to the Subscriptions link on the left side to cancel your subscription.
If you do not have the software installed, visit this website to access the My Account page.
Note that your current month’s subscription will continue to run up until the next scheduled pay date.
Following this date, Memento Pro will revert to trial mode. You can resubscribe at any time by going back to MY ACCOUNT in the software.
Refunds are not available for subscription charges.
